This research aims to explain the impact of applying varied teaching styles by teachers on students' learning motivation in Indonesian language classes at Grade IV MI Ma’arif Jomblang Kubang Wanayasa, Banjarnegara. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis, from primary sources such as school principals, teachers, and students, as well as secondary sources including previous theses and supporting articles. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis method involving data reduction to summarize, present, and verify accurate conclusions. The research findings indicate that various teaching styles have been effectively implemented by teachers, demonstrating their ability to adapt teaching methods according to students' needs to maintain their learning motivation. Challenges faced by teachers include issues of student self-confidence, comprehension of subject matter, and difficulties in developing effective teaching modules. Solutions identified by teachers include adjusting teaching methods and participating in professional education training. Supporting factors include the availability of books, modules, and teaching aids, while hindering factors encompass limited classroom capacity, student diversity in character, and infrastructure limitations.
