Educational institutions as a place to realize and create a habitus for conducive diversity. The purpose of writing is to find out religious moderation, efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in internalizing inhibiting and supporting factors and the value of internalization moderation at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Wonosobo. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Descriptive data analysis techniques using data reduction, presentation and validation. The research findings show that the practice of religious moderation at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Wonosobo begins with school culture inside and outside the curriculum and habituation. Based on the results of the analysis, workshops and training will be held for teachers. The efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Wonosobo with the activities of HW (Hisbul Wathan) and IPM (Muhamadiyah Student Association), a dialogue space about diversity is usually opened by teachers, especially Islamic Religious Education teachers in classroom learning or in extracurricular groups. Supporting factors for religious moderation at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Wonosobo are: cooperation between school residents in trying to create a good environment. cultural and social media influences, high commitment from human resources and adequate facilities, competent educators. Inhibiting factors include: students who do not yet understand about religious moderation, lack of general and religious books and still not fully owned by students.
