Authors who publish with Spektrum Akademika Journal retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication.

By submitting and publishing an article in the journal, authors agree to the following terms:

  1. The submitted manuscript is an original work and does not infringe upon any existing copyright, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights.
  2. The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  3. Authors retain copyright and grant Spektrum Akademika Journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the article available in electronic and print formats.
  4. Authors are permitted to share, distribute, and reuse their published work for educational, research, and non-commercial purposes, provided that proper acknowledgment is given to the original publication in Spektrum Akademika Journal.
  5. Any use of copyrighted materials owned by third parties, including figures, tables, images, or extensive quotations, must be accompanied by appropriate permission from the copyright holder when required.

Spektrum Akademika Journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of published articles for lawful purposes without requesting prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that proper attribution is given.
